Plan Your Group Visit to Chowan University

We’re thrilled to welcome school groups to experience Chowan University’s beautiful campus and vibrant community! A group campus visit is the perfect opportunity for your students to explore college life, learn about academic programs, and discover the resources and support available to help them achieve their goals.

Who Can Visit?

We invite the following groups to schedule a visit during the available time frames:

• High Schools: Visits available September through April.

• Elementary and Middle Schools: Visits available January through April.

Chowan University is excited to welcome elementary and middle school groups to our beautiful campus from January through April! These special visits are designed to introduce younger students to the college experience in a fun and engaging way. Group visits during this time include a campus tour, interactive activities, and the opportunity to meet with current students and staff who are passionate about education and student success.

Visit Days:

Group visits are offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to ensure your students have the best experience.

What to Expect:

• Guided campus tours led by our friendly student ambassadors.

• Engaging presentations about Chowan’s academic programs and student life.

• Opportunities to ask questions and interact with current students and staff.

• Optional activities to make the visit educational and fun for your group.

How to Register:

Scheduling your visit is easy! Simply complete our online registration form to provide details about your group, preferred dates, and any special requests.Once we receive your request, our Campus Visit Coordinator will be in touch with the next steps.

Complete this form and submit it through our online registration portal or email it to admissions@chowan.edu. If you have any additional requests or special accommodations, please include them in your submission.
